NAZIS
 The movies have made great use of Nazis, and it's not hard to see why. Say you want to easily establish a charcter as a psychotic, evil fuckwit. Simply open with them wearing a swastica on their arm, and japing about as if the evil they're brandishing is just a humourous lark.
But don't stop there, you can do other things too. Say you want to gently mock the sham of superiority through planned breeding endorsed by the Nazis. Just cast a person who looks mildly retarded, but acts as if they are somehow above other people.
With these tips even you, dear reader, can create a loathsome Nazi villain.
