GANGSTERS  Being an actual gangster probably isn't all bling and bithces. Rather, an endless nightmare of guilt and paranoia. The fantasy is a potent one though, and is similar to dreaming of having superpowers.
We can thank the Mafia, the Triads, and N.W.A., the most important gangsters in the entertainment industry (both as topics and behind the scenes). While there may be an element of exaggeration in their stories, you can never be sure. I sometimes lie awake thinking that maybe, just maybe, Ice Cube did kill those thousands of people like he claimed. And if I killed thousands of people maybe I'd be cast in xXx 3. |
