Invader was an alien invasion direct-to-video sci fi film from 1996 that featured Ryan Phillippe.

It received a release on the VCD format, where its plot was summarised thusly:

The egg successful hatched its offspring and through DNA to pre-program all the knowledge into the memory of its offspring … Then, can Human’s limited knowledge resist the invasion of high intelligence alien?
