Humour can go out of fashion very quickly, unless one strives to be timeless and/or immortal, hence Karate Party’s focus on pirates, manners, the occasional Victorian adventurer and time travel based story telling. We don’t do this for posterity, we just wish to avoid becoming bitter and sad in later life when interviewed by whatever the hell the press is in twenty years.
